# Terms and Conditions **Effective Date:** [DATE] These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Konnekta. By creating an account or using Konnekta, you agree to these Terms. ## 1. About Konnekta Konnekta is a software platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations, contacts, leads, sales pipelines, automations, appointments, forms, integrations, and AI-assisted customer interactions. Features may change as Konnekta continues to develop. ## 2. Accounts You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that members of your organization use Konnekta appropriately. You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. ## 3. Admins and Agents Konnekta may support different workspace roles, including Admin and Agent. ### Admin Admins may manage: - Workspace configuration - Integrations - Team members - Automations - AI configuration - Business settings - Other administrative features ### Agent Agents may receive access to operational features such as: - Conversations - Contacts - Leads - Appointments - Follow-ups - Related customer-management functions Access may depend on workspace settings and permissions. ## 4. Your Customers and Data You retain ownership of information and content that you or your customers provide through Konnekta. You grant Konnekta permission to process this information only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the services and provide features you choose to use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis and any required notices or permissions for customer information you collect or process using Konnekta. ## 5. Messaging and Integrations Konnekta may integrate with third-party platforms including Facebook/Meta and Google. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third party's terms, policies, API rules, and permissions. Konnekta is not responsible for outages, restrictions, API changes, account suspensions, or other actions taken by third-party providers. ## 6. Smart Response and AI Konnekta may use artificial intelligence to assist with customer responses, extract information, understand inquiries, and support workflows. AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate. You remain responsible for information communicated to your customers and for configuring your business context, rules, automation, and AI functionality appropriately. AI must not be treated as authoritative confirmation of: - Payments - Prices - Availability - Bookings - Legal obligations - Other important business information unless that information is verified by the appropriate underlying system. ## 7. Automations Konnekta allows users to configure automated workflows. You are responsible for reviewing your automations before enabling them and for ensuring that automated messages and actions are appropriate for your customers and business. We do not guarantee that every automation, message, integration, or external service will operate without interruption. ## 8. Acceptable Use You may not use Konnekta to: - Violate applicable law. - Send unlawful spam or abusive communications. - Impersonate others. - Distribute malicious software. - Interfere with Konnekta's systems. - Gain unauthorized access to another account. - Collect information unlawfully. - Use the service in a manner that harms other users or third parties. We may restrict or suspend accounts used in violation of these Terms. ## 9. Subscriptions and Payments Certain Konnekta features require a paid subscription. Current subscription prices and included features are displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are charged for the applicable billing period and access continues until cancellation or termination. ### Founder's Edition Eligible early users may receive access to the **Konnekta Founder's Edition at ₱399 per month**, compared with the regular **₱599 per month** price. Where the Founder offer states that the price is locked while subscribed, the ₱399 Founder price remains available while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription is cancelled, expires, or payment remains unresolved beyond any applicable grace period, returning customers may be required to subscribe at the then-current available price. Founder benefits may include: - Founder pricing - Full access to core Konnekta features - Priority direct support - Personal onboarding assistance - Founder feature requests - Voting on selected upcoming features - Early access to selected new features - Priority issue review - Founder recognition or status Feature requests do not guarantee custom development or implementation. ## 10. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available through Konnekta. Unless required otherwise by law or expressly stated at purchase, cancellation stops future renewals rather than retroactively refunding time already provided. ## 11. Feature Requests and Early Access Founder or beta users may submit suggestions and feature requests. Submission of a request does not guarantee that the feature will be developed, released, or released within a particular timeframe. Early-access features may change, contain errors, or be discontinued. ## 12. Availability We aim to keep Konnekta reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, API restrictions, software defects, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability. ## 13. Intellectual Property Konnekta, including its software, interface, branding, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property, belongs to Konnekta or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Konnekta's intellectual property to users. You retain ownership of your own business and customer content. ## 14. Suspension and Termination We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of: - Violations of these Terms - Security threats - Fraud - Abuse - Unlawful activity - Non-payment You may stop using Konnekta at any time. ## 15. Disclaimer Konnekta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that Konnekta will generate a particular amount of sales, leads, revenue, bookings, or business results. ## 16. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Konnekta and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from: - Use of or inability to use the service - Third-party integrations - Automation configuration - AI-generated content Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. ## 17. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms as Konnekta evolves. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate, and the effective date will be updated. ## 18. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Republic of the Philippines**, without prejudice to rights that applicable law does not permit users to waive. ## 19.
