# Data Deletion Instructions

Konnekta respects your right to request deletion of personal information associated with our services.

## 1. Request Deletion of Your Konnekta Account

To request deletion of your Konnekta account and associated personal information, send an email to:

Use the subject:

**Konnekta Data Deletion Request**

Please include:

- The email address associated with your Konnekta account.
- The name of your Konnekta workspace, where applicable.

We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request before deleting information.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account except where retention is reasonably necessary or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.

## 2. Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you connected a Facebook Page or Meta account to Konnekta and would like information associated with that integration deleted, email:

Use the subject:

**Facebook Data Deletion Request**

Include:

- The email address associated with your Konnekta account.
- The Facebook Page or Konnekta workspace involved.

Where applicable, we will remove information associated with the connection, such as stored authorization information, connected Page identifiers, and Meta-related information retained by Konnekta that is no longer required to provide the service.

Removing Konnekta from your Meta/Facebook account or disconnecting the integration prevents future access according to the permissions and controls provided by Meta.

You may still contact us if you also want previously stored Konnekta data deleted.

## 3. Google Calendar Data Deletion

If you connected Google Calendar to Konnekta and want information associated with that integration deleted, email:

Use the subject:

**Google Calendar Data Deletion Request**

Include:

- The email address associated with your Konnekta account.
- The relevant Konnekta workspace.

Where applicable, we will remove stored Google Calendar authorization information and related data that is no longer required to provide the service.

You may also disconnect Google Calendar through the available integration settings where supported.

## 4. Customer or Lead Data

If you communicated with a business that uses Konnekta and would like your customer information deleted, you may contact that business directly.

Because businesses may use Konnekta to process customer information on their behalf, we may need to coordinate a deletion request with the business responsible for that information.

We will assist with directing or processing the request where appropriate.

## 5. What Happens After a Request

We will review and verify valid deletion requests and process them in accordance with applicable law and our retention obligations.

Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups or logs until those records are deleted through normal backup and retention processes.

Information that we are legally required to retain may be kept only for the required period.
